Dr Shellyza Sajwani is a pharmacist specializing in oncology, climate change, and global health. She is the national co-chair of the Canadian Association of Pharmacy for the Environment (CAPhE), adjunct professor at the University of Ottawa, and co-chaired the committee which created the International Pharmaceutical Federation’s first policy focusing on climate change. As co-founder of Climaceutics Health Solutions, she supports pharmacies to improve environmental sustainability and boost climate resilience. Shellyza also works at the Ottawa Hospital as a clinical pharmacist and has represented various organizations at the UN COP29 conference.Â
