Continuing Education

Education aligned with a broader mission.

The QUESS 360 Continuing Education Program supports the organization’s broader mission through the following education-specific mission and goals.

This approach creates clear alignment without making the corporate and CE missions identical. It also reduces the risk that accredited education could appear to be primarily intended to promote QUESS 360’s software or commercial services.

CE Program Mission

Mission of the QUESS 360 Continuing Education Program

Consistent with QUESS 360 – Pharmacy Solutions’ commitment to advancing quality management in sterile and non-sterile compounding, the mission of the QUESS 360 Continuing Education Program is to provide pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with high-quality, evidence-based, relevant, and practice-focused continuing education.

Through accredited educational activities and competency-based training, the program supports pharmacy professionals in strengthening the knowledge, skills, professional judgment, and competencies required to safely prepare, manage, and oversee sterile and non-sterile compounded preparations.

The Continuing Education Program addresses identified educational and practice needs, evolving professional standards, regulatory requirements, and real-world challenges encountered in pharmacy compounding. Educational activities are designed to help participants translate learning into practice, strengthen quality assurance processes, promote regulatory compliance, and continuously improve the safety and quality of compounding activities.

By integrating education with practical quality-improvement approaches and appropriate technology-enabled learning resources, the program contributes to QUESS 360’s broader mission of supporting healthcare professionals, improving the quality of pharmacy services, protecting patient safety, and promoting public health.

Educational Independence

The educational content and decisions of the Continuing Education Program are developed and delivered independently of commercial interests and are based on the best available evidence, recognized standards, and the identified needs of pharmacy professionals.
